Moroccan Fish


Ingredients:

  • 1 Servings
  • 5 garlic cloves,chopped
  • 30 ml cumin
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 15 ml pepper flakes,Dried
  • 30 ml cilantro,chopped
  • 1 juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 Kg filets of red snapper

1. Preheat oven to 175 C .
2. Mix garlic, cumin, olive oil, pepper flakes, cilantro, and lemon juice
3. Put the filets in a shallow baking dish and spread this paste over them
4. Bake at 175 C for 5 to 10 minutes
